Please read the below message before completing your appointment request. ✨HEADSPA POLICIES ✨ To prepare for a headspa appointment, please make sure your hair does not have excessive build up of product or dandruff. An optional blowdry service is included but any style request must be booked prior to your appointment. HeadSpa service cannot be performed on anyone with extensions or braids. Services will be denied if there are any signs of disease or medical disorder. If you have questions, please text 302-510-2320. ✨LATE POLICY & CANCELLATIONS ✨ If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, I would appreciate a 24 hour notice. Real emergencies happen and that’s understandable but please respect my time. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. If you will be late, a heads up is appreciated. A $20 late fee will apply after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are cancelling outside of the 24 hour window or fail to show up, you will be charged 50% of your service. ✨LASH EXTENSIONS✨ Please arrive with clean, make up free lashes. $10 fee added may be applied if extra preparation is needed. Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivity. If you’re booking for a refill and you have less than 50-60% of your lashes, it will be considered a full set. THANK YOU AGAIN! See you soon💕
